Challenging applications or unusual requirements? No problem! Designing material to meet demanding applications is something that Santa Fe Rubber has over thirty-five years of experience doing. If we don't already have a compound to meet your needs, then we'll design one from scratch in our modern laboratory.

After, considering the mechanical stress, fluids, pressure, temperature, and environmental concerns, we recommend a material type and determine its physical properties.

To ensure material processability, we design the compound to fit the intended method of production. Once we've created the compound, Santa Fe Rubber will establish a specification and applicable test methods in order to maintain the process control.
